Student Resources

The University of Florida’s online graduate program in implementation science is designed to be as convenient and straightforward as possible for working professionals. As such, graduate and non-degree seeking students have access to numerous resources to support their academic efforts. Please visit one of the following links for additional resources:

UF Email Account

All course communication is done through your UF webmail account, powered by Office 365. To check your UF webmail account, go to www.outlook.com/ufl.edu and use your GatorLink username and password to log on. Your UF email address is your GatorLink username (GatorLink ID) followed by @ufl.edu. Be sure to check your email regularly for course updates and messages. To configure your email client, click here. For additional assistance, please contact the Computing Help Desk at helpdesk@ufl.edu or 352-392-HELP (4357).

Course Delivery

Courses are delivered through Canvas. To log into Canvas, visit the e-Learning website, select “Log in to e-Learning” and enter your GatorLink username and password. After logging in, you’ll be able to access your courses under “Courses & Groups” at the top of the screen. Courses will be unavailable until the start date listed in the course registration materials. Even then, some course content will not be immediately available to you. Instructors may open and close access to lessons according to the schedule posted in the course syllabus.

Library Access

As a student in our online program, you’ll enjoy the same library privileges as on-campus students. Using your GatorLink username and password, you can borrow materials, access eBook libraries and search for academic journal, magazine and newspaper articles. Click here to access the University of Florida Library System and support your coursework. It is recommended that you download the UF VPN for the best connection.

Technical Support

The Computing Help Desk offers technical support seven days a week (hours may vary, and they are closed on holidays). Using your GatorLink ID, you can access the Help Desk by logging into the e-Learning website. The Help Desk can also be reached at helpdesk@ufl.edu or 352-392-HELP (4357).

Financial Aid and Tuition Assistance

Graduate certificate and non-degree seeking students may be eligible for tuition assistance through private loans, veteran and military benefits or an employment-based tuition reimbursement program. Please consult the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships or Office of Student Veteran Services website for more information.

Disability-Related Accommodations

Students with disabilities can connect with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) to receive support services and accommodations. In order to receive academic accommodations, students must request that individual accommodation letters be sent each semester to the instructors of each course. Please contact the DRC at DRC@ufsa.edu or 352-392-8565 for more information.
